Honor-A-Vet allows individuals, businesses, service groups, and families the opportunity of honoring one World War II Veteran to participate in the Patriot Flight, Inc. project.
The estimated cost to send one veteran to visit the memorial is $300. Your cash contribution of $300, either by individual donation or an event that raises $300, is eligible to participate in the Honor-A-Vet program.
To date we have flown 171 Veterans accompanied by 70 Guardians. Nurses, EMT’s. Wheelchair escorts are provided as needed. Guardians are volunteers who fly at their own expense not to exceed $300. They see that all the veteran’s needs are met.
